Energy efficiency begins with comfort that lasts. At Green Energy Estate Fund, we work with Ormat and licensed geothermal contractors to design and implement ground-source heat pump systems. These systems use stable earth temperatures for heating and cooling, helping each home maintain balance in every season. Geothermal systems reduce peak loads and improve overall energy efficiency, thus making them a vital part of our green building technology methodology.

Recycled and Durable Materials

Materials are the literal foundation of everything we build. We source recycled and composite materials from trusted partners like Trex and CalPlant, turning innovation into everyday building solutions. Composite decking and siding are durable, low maintenance, and built to perform. Rice-straw MDF transforms agricultural waste into high-quality panels and boards, reducing embodied carbon and supporting circular design goals. These materials extend the life of each development while also improving our clean energy infrastructure

Civil Engineering and Surveying

Our licensed civil partners handle grading, drainage, utility layout, and stormwater plans. Their drawings guide the field and protect neighbors and landscapes. This is how we keep projects on scheduled and coordinated with our sustainable real estate goals.

Architectural Design

Design is undoubtedly a pivotal element for every property we build. To make sure we stay on top of our game, our LEED-certified partners plan energy-efficient layouts and complete Title 24 and HERS modeling. City of Palmdale Planning Department

We work with Athens Services and Waste Management to handle waste the right way. Every piece of debris is tracked, sorted, and diverted under CALGreen standards. Recycling keeps materials in circulation, reduces landfill use, and turns jobsite discipline into long-term value for sustainable real estate.

Local Water and Sewer Authorities

Water and wastewater have an impact on the daily life of residents. We coordinate with Palmdale Water District and the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts on tie-ins, inspections, and metering. Clear roles protect scarce resources and keep neighborhoods running smoothly. This is another example of our attempt towards ESG collaboration.

Environmental Consultants

Responsible growth requires careful review. We partner with CEQA specialists to prepare studies, coordinate public comments, and document compliance.
